Drugs lord trains to go in the ring

WHILE many of us have been piling on the pounds thanks to mince pies and Christmas chocolates, a drugs lord is boasting his leanest body yet.
Jon Moorby says he has achieved peak fitness at the age of 55 while in Durham's Frankland prison. Thanks to a strict diet and fitness routine, the 5ft 9ins Stockton drugs trafficker says he is down to just 6% body fat.
Moorby is serving a 29-year sentence for conspiracy to supply class A drugs and for trafficking cocaine and amphetamine.
He is a category A prisoner living under the same strict conditions as terrorist inmates. His application to be downgraded to a medium-risk prisoner was turned down last year.
Authorities reportedly put Moorby in the highest risk category because of his huge network of serious criminal contacts. His past connection with helicopters - which were used to transport millions of pounds of class A drugs from mainland Europe to Kent, by Moorby and gangland drugs boss Lance Kennedy - is also said to have caused alarm for the prison service.
