Community cafe aiming to shine a light in people

A NEW cafe is preparing to open in the heart of Guildford.

The Lighthouse is not your ordinary coffee shop and is instead focused on community kindness and helping anyone who finds themselves in need.

The community space on High Street, between estate agents Gascoigne-Pees and Wood and Stone Floors, will hold a number of support groups and community meetings.

The space is for anyone who finds themselves in need, including those experiencing loneliness, health issues or just lacking support.
