Pub hits back after a customer criticises 'disgusting service'

‘STUNNING’ Birmingham pub has hit back after 'malicious' customer remarks accused the boozer of poor service.

Management at the pub responded to the Google review by saying the disgruntled visitor was causing a fire hazard and arrived with food from a local takeaway.

The reviewer claimed online that a child had been shouted at, but the pub staff insisted the incident did not happen.

The Big Bulls Head scores 4.5 out of five stars on Google Reviews and most customers are complimentary about the pub, on Digbeth High Street.
