Another left a woman horrified when she realised he was looking at her over the fence while he pleasured himself.

This man launched a 'premeditated attack' on his neighbour in the street and held a knife to his throat.

Darren Larking and the victim had been in a disagreement 'for some time' before the incident on December 22 last year.

The 44-year-old assaulted his neighbour and then held a knife up against his throat.

He apologised to his neighbour after his arrest and went on to plead guilty to assault by beating and possessing a knife in a public place.
