'Raise vaping age to 21 so pupils can't get round it'

A FORMER head teacher has called for the minimum vaping age to be increased from 18 to 21 to restore order to schools.
John Stainton-Somers said the move is needed to stop pupils getting older friends and siblings to buy them vaping products.
It followed research showing seven pubs had been lost for every vape shop opened since 2016.
The number of vape and tobacco shops has hit nearly 2,200, showing how the habit has taken grip.
