Specialist RAF tech boosts NATO allies

BRITAIN has deployed its most advanced counter-drone system to Denmark alongside a specialist RAF Regiment, to help our NATO ally tackle suspected Russian incursions.
-
The cutting-edge Orcus system - part of the RAF's Counter-Uncrewed Air Systems (C-UAS) capability - tracks, identifies and destroys hostile drones using integrated radar, sensors and electronic jamming.
At Denmark's request, a specialist RAF Regiment team, from Number 2 C-UAS Wing, took action after drones being flown close to civilian and military sites disrupted air traffic across Northern Europe.
