Help to Grow: Management Course provides focus for ambitious growth plans
-
Ketchup Marketing has completed a major operational refresh and is reporting strong commercial momentum thanks to a management course designed for business leaders.
Ben Marshall, Ketchup Marketing’s client director, joined the Help to Grow: Management Course at Nottingham University Business School, with the goal of taking a step back from the day-to-day and focusing on scaling the business strategically.
Founded 16 years ago by Michelle Jones, a former IBM marketing director, Ketchup Marketing provides full-service marketing for clients across manufacturing, finance and membership sectors.
With around 20 staff, the agency had already built a strong reputation, but Ben wanted to improve its internal processes and set a clearer roadmap for growth.
"We didn’t know what we didn’t know," Ben said.
