LEE Anderson has agreed that Elon Musk's X platform "has to clean its act up" as the Ashfield MP faced calls to hand over the hundreds of pounds he has earned from the social media platform.

Media regulator Ofcom has now launched an investigation into X, formerly Twitter, over concerns its Al Grok tool is being used to create non-consensual, sexualised images.
The Government has said it will bring into force a law making the creation of such images illegal and Prime Minister Keir Starmer has warned X may lose the "right to self regulate" amid mounting concern about issues on the platform since Mr Musk's takeover.
