GP struck off after sexual relationship with vulnerable patient

A GP has been erased from the medical register after preying on an "extremely vulnerable" patient and pursuing her for sex.

Dr Mohamed Ramadan, who lives in Nottingham, engaged in a month-long sexual relationship with the woman while practicing at a surgery in south-west England.
A Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) hearing, which concluded on May 12, found his actions were "nothing less than deplorable". A panel decided to remove the doctor's name from the official list of registered medical practitioners in the UK.
