After a chaotic start to 2025-26, Sean Dyche has been brought in as the man to steady the City Ground ship; to get it back on an even keel after a dismal run. He has also been brought in to unify and galvanise a fanbase deeply disillusioned with his predecessor.
Ange Postecoglou looked like the wrong fit Trentside almost from the start. His Europa League triumph with Tottenham Hotspur counted for little when he couldn't oversee a win for toffee with Forest.
Postecoglou's appointment was a mistake. Evangelos Marinakis got that one badly wrong.
