Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto led a boodle fight with officials of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) 4-A and local fishermen here on Tuesday, July 22, to dispel doubts and ensure that fish caught from Taal Lake are safe to eat.
