CNPF renews Vita Coco deal

O-led Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CNPF), one of the leading food companies in the Philippines, has renewed its five-year coconut water supply agreement with The Vita Coco Company, Inc., valued at approximately P14 billion.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, CNPF stated that the extension will commence in January 2026 and is expected to support approximately 4,500 quality manufacturing jobs in General Santos, Mindanao.

The partners have also agreed to continue working together to pursue sustainability goals, as well as standards of health and safety, environmental performance, and ethics.

In 2024, the parties signed a new, incremental long-term agreement covering an additional 90 million liters over a five-year period.
