MANCHESTER United legend George Best's first wife Angie has been diagnosed with cancer.

Their son Calum Best announced the news in an emotional video on Instagram.

Calum said his mother, 73, was diagnosed colon cancer a few weeks ago and that the disease has spread to her liver.
