FUNDS TO HELP REVITALISE OUR HIGH STREETS
'NEW LIFE INTO EMPTY PREMISES': Eyres Monsell is one of the areas to be helped by the scheme

SEVERAL “overlooked” Leicester neighbourhoods are set to receive millions of pounds in government funding.
The areas are on the list of 169 communities to get up to £20 million each as part of a new £5 billion scheme called Pride in Place to “revitalise” local high streets.
Eyres Monsell, Braunstone Park West and Thurnby Lodge have been selected for the funding programme.
