Time to tackle those who shield and supply the dope cheats

ANOTHER week, another boxer failing a drug test.

It's time not only the fighters get punished but those in their teams, too.

On Wednesday, Matchroom revealed Francisco Rodriguez Jr had an adverse analytical finding in a post-fight drug test after he beat British star Galal Yafai last month.

The usual cries of disgrace and bans for life reverberated around social media.

Funny that when it is a foreign fighter and not a British one popping dirty, there's not so much noise about 'innocent until proven guilty' from those who like to show their loyalty to certain promoters.

We don't know what Rodriguez Jr is alleged to have consumed which caused the finding in the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association test.
