JANGO BAIE (2.30) can power his way to Grade One glory in a real Christmas cracker at Kempton today.

The young gun is fancied to put his older rivals to the sword in the Ladbrokes King George VI Chase.

The six-year-old has been crying out for a stamina test and the three-mile trip should bring out the best in Nicky Henderson's star.

His trainer has already won this famous old race three times - twice with Long Run in 2010 and 2012 and in 2017 with Might Bite - so he knows what it takes.
