DONALD Trump must rule out further strikes on Iran if he wants to resume nuclear talks.
Tehran's deputy foreign minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi warned the Orange Manbaby that America's position on further strikes was unclear, after US officials said they wished to return to talks with Iran over its nuclear power programme.
