THE captain of the Air India crash jet turned off the engine fuel supply moments after takeoff, experts suspect.

Black-box recordings reveal Sumeet Sabharwal remained composed as the doomed Dreamliner lost power.

His first officer Clive Kunder, who was flying the jet, appeared to panic. Kunder, 28, is reportedly heard asking him: “Why did you cut off?” The captain then replied: “I didn’t.”
