THE secret to persuading people to do what you want is using the word "because", TV hypnotist Paul McKenna has claimed.

The 61-year-old, who has helped with everything from weight loss to smoking and phobias, said that if we give folk a reason why something needs to happen it can improve the "chances" of manipulating them.
