JOHN HIGGINS will tap into World Cup fever against Shaun Murphy tonight - then get to plotting another big break to witness it unfold as part of his silver wedding anniversary.
The Scot marked turning 50 in May with a dream trip to Dallas and would love a return Stateside for next summer's blockbuster.
Scotland's last appearance at the World Cup in 1998 came the month after Higgins was crowned world champion for the first of four times.
That trip to France is memorable in more ways than one, though, having proposed to Denise.
