SEAN: WE'RE FIRED UP FOR CHARLIE

SEAN CRIGHTON was on hand to help his "unit" of a vice-captain into his lift home from the hospital and even did his shopping for him.

Now he's urged his Queen's Park dressing room to hit top marks and sparks against Raith today because they're LUCKY to be able to do what Charlie Fox cannot.

A knee injury suffered in the first half last week saw the affable defender go from Firhill to hospital before he was back in later this week, his season now finished due to an op.

Dubbing it a "hellish few days" for "one of my leaders", gaffer Crighton said: "I went to the hospital Sunday morning and they were discharging him.

"Josh Fowler was going to pick him up. I made sure I brought him some food - because he didn't have anything to eat.

"Then managed to get him in his car because if I wasn't there I don't think we'd have got him in the car, just because he is an unit.

"I went in his flat and set him up, made sure his foot was elevated, got a blanket around him and said to him, 'Right there's your food, chill out'.
