Owner pet ban after mini bully attacks

A DOG owner has been banned from keeping animals after his "micro bully" savaged a council officer and a child.
Starling Mitivier’s designer pet savaged enforcement officer Kevin Milner after he turned up to impose a dog control order.
The order was imposed after the powerful animal had earlier injured a child at an outdoor birthday party on June 19.
