AN Islamic State terrorist serving life could receive compensation after a judge ruled his human rights were breached when he was put in solitary.
Sahayb Abu, 31, was jailed for a minimum of 19 years in 2021 for plotting a rampaging sword attack.
He was moved to HMP Frankland last year and segregated after Manchester bomb plotter Hashem Abedi allegedly attacked prison officers.
