Rise in violence with 369 assaults in one year
PARAMEDICS are being subjected to vicious attacks and abuse every day while attending 999 calls.
Figures released by the Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) show 369 members of staff were physically assaulted or verbally abused between December 2024 and November 2025.
