TOM Daley announced his retirement from diving yesterday as Team GB's Olympic superstars returned home from Paris 2024 to a rapturous welcome.
Five-time medallist Daley, 30, confirmed the end of his competitive career, retiring as Britain's most decorated diver ever.
The Olympians arrived back in London on the Eurostar, disembarking at St Pancras station where they were met by fans and London Mayor Sadiq Khan. The athletes, many proudly wearing their golds, silvers and bronzes, were met by cheers from waiting fans.
