I'll have a hole in my heart forever'

Lydia Beshenivsky, now 22, said she will have "a hole in my heart forever" over the tragedy.

Sharon, 38, was shot dead at point black range by robbers fleeing a travel agency agency in Bradford onNovember 18, 2005.

Lydia told how her mother, who had baked her a cake and wrapped presents, was due home from work to join the celebrations when a police car pulled up outside the family home.

Tragically, it was officers arriving to inform her father Paul of the heartbreaking news.

Speaking for the first time since the "mastermind" of the raid, Piran Ditta Khan, was finally brought to justice, Lydia said: "My dad was waiting for her to for her to come like everybody else.

"Then a car pulled up at the top of the drive, and I actually thought that it was my mum coming home [because it was a police car].
