Judge apologises to killer over sentencing error

A CALLOUS killer has been hauled back before an apologetic judge after a mistake over his sentence.
-
Abdurrahman Summers (pictured) was one of three teenagers who murdered 17-year-old Reuben Higgins in a Solihull vape shop on October 29 last year.
On September 15, the 19-year-old, from Yardley, was sentenced to life with a minimum term of 19 years, minus 310 days he was believed to have spent on remand.
