Despite the current weather situation – which is a far cry from the warmth of barbecue season – many brands have recently debuted their 2025 barbecue collections. Within Weber’s new line-up, the company has upgraded wood pellet grilling and expanded its gas barbecue models – so could 2025 be the year of the wood pellet?

There is much debate surrounding which is the best method of barbecuing: electric barbecues took the crown for a couple of years, but now, it seems that traditional pellet grilling is back.
