She gets a devastating diagnosis

Having been told by new love interest Liam that she has a lump in her breast, Chas has done the right thing and got it checked out. She desperately hopes it’s a harmless cyst but, to her utter devastation, it turns out to be cancer.

Liam’s pleased when the pint-puller asks him to go with her to the hospital for her test results, and she, meanwhile, takes comfort in the fact he’s a medical professional.
