MILWAUKEE monster David Boyd sexually assaulted two young girls — and forced one victim to drink from a puddle on the floor during her harrowing captivity in his home's grungy basement, lawmen say.

At the time of the alleged abuse, the minors were said to be living with a family friend in Wisconsin, who was in a relationship with 64-year-old Boyd.
