Tell us about your professional journey.

I began my career at Titan in the early '90s, working across various domains like manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and more in Watches, Jewellery, and Eyewear. Before joining CaratLane as MD in mid-2024, I served as CEO of Titan's EyeCare division.

What is your management mantra?

"We > Me." I focus on aligning all functions toward a shared purpose—profitable, purposeful growth—by empowering teams and decentralising decision-making.

What attracted Titan to CaratLane?

CaratLane's digital-first approach, affordable contemporary jewellery, and strong omnichannel potential stood out. It complemented Titan's vision to modernise fine jewellery under the Tata umbrella.
