Ayuvya was conceived with a clear understanding of the category it was entering. “From the start, we knew Ayurveda is a trust-first category,” says co-founder Pawanjot Kaur. That insight shaped every early decision, from how the brand communicated with customers to how it structured its internal capabilities. Credibility, she believed, had to be earned deliberately, not assumed.
