Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan has admitted she stayed too long in her marriage because she was scared of breaking up her family.

Coleen opened up about the guilt she felt, revealing that concern for her children left her so torn, she ended up sticking with her marriage for longer than she felt she ‘should have’.

The difficult time came during her marriage to first husband Shane Richie. Reflecting on it, Coleen said, ‘I stayed probably two years longer than I should have – that was me going, ‘It’s not just about us splitting up!’
