Fujifilm Instax Square SQ1 ₹10,999

Fujifilm is one company that has always been at the fulcrum of innovations in photography and imaging, even before digital cameras made their appearance. The QuickSnap single use cameras, widely known as ‘Film with lens’, were quite popular in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. The Instax cameras were received well in the early 2000s. The second coming of the series is equally popular with families and novelty-lovers for the experience of instant film photography or the old Polaroid-type instant camera experience for the ‘80s kids and the old world charm for the Millennials.
The Instax Square SQ1 is the latest in the series, which uses a square format film pack. This is a very simple and easy to use camera. It uses a 62 x 62 mm frame and houses a fixed focus lens. It uses Programmed electronic shutter providing 1/2 to 1/400 sec shutter speed and slow sync for low light photography. Exposure control is automatic. The camera uses a Reverse Galilean viewfinder providing 0.4x magnification with target spot. Like all instant cameras, the film ejection is automatic and the film takes approximately 90 seconds to develop.
