From Foie Gras in France to Paella in Spain and Haggis in Scotland, young Anand Morwani was encouraged to try out all kinds of food on his myriad travels around the globe with his food loving family. It’s no surprise then that as the Co-founder, Director and Executive Chef of Brewbot Eatery & Brewery in Mumbai, his understanding of food and beverages is all-encompassing and intuitive.

Anand began to cook alongside his grandmother and mother when he was merely nine years old, and by the time he turned 12, he was determined to open his own restaurant sometime in the future. Talk about career goals!

He may have been born in LA and raised largely in Mumbai, but his chosen career path has taken him all over the globe. He has studied the culinary arts, hospitality and entrepreneurship at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and Le Cordon Bleu in London, before working in kitchens around the UK and Europe. When he returned to India, he brought with him his highly developed culinary skills and a newfound love for the varied styles and qualities of beer.
