SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE

SERVES 4
This smoothie will boost your energy levels and strengthen your immune system. It’s packed with fibre, vitamin B and magnesium. Thin the smoothie out with water if it’s too thick to pour.
- 1 avocado small handful baby spinach leaves
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth. Serve immediately.

LOW-CARB FRAPPUCCINO
SERVES 4
KEEP ON TRACK per serving
FAT 13G PROTEIN 1G CARBS 2G
- 125ml almond milk, at room temperature, to serve
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Sweeten if needed. Pour into 4 glasses.
2. Pour the almond milk into a French press and move the press up and down to create a thick foam. Pour the foam onto each frappuccino and serve.
