IN THE 2ND TYPE OF PEOPLE, A LOT OF TIMES YOU COME ACROSS PEOPLE WHO ARE TOXIC BY NATURE. IT CAN BE ANYONE – YOUR MOTHER, FATHER, NEIGHBOR, FRIEND, BOYFRIEND, HUSBAND, CO-WORKERS, ETC. NARCISSISM, PATHOLOGICAL LIARS, MANIPULATORS, SOCIOPATHS ARE FEW OF THE QUALITIES THESE TOXIC PEOPLE POSSESS IN THEM.

How To Keep The Most Toxic People At Bay

Being around a toxic person doesn’t just inflict personal hurt but it attacks your holistic wellbeing. Not only it generates stress and frustration but it also encourages us to believe about the crippling devaluation of ourselves. Toxic people not only harm emotionally but are a serious threat to health as well. They turn everyone cynical just like them.

Reasons behind their toxic behavior

1. Reason

They see everyone as the problem:

Toxic people are narcissistic and hence believe that they are always right. They don’t think they have any problem with themselves. That’s why they always think that everyone surrounding them should be blamed for the problems arising in their lives.

2. Reason

Suffer from personality disorders:

It’s seen that people who showcase toxic behavior either are suffering from personality disorders and require medical help. Toxic people with disorders definitely suffer from – paranoia, narcissism, psychopathy.

3. Reason

Lack emotion regulation:

Toxic people cannot control their emotions. Normally, emotion regulation keeps people from blowing up when a colleague says something hurtful or sarcastic, or permits them to take in criticisms from the boss without condemning or breaking down for it. The emotion regulation basically lets us to accept responsibility for our behavior, sympathize and be mature about it.
