Many readers will be in the fortunate position of being able to not only take time off over this traditional vacation period, but also to travel outside their home environment to what the tourism people term “exotic” venues. Others of course will be on the “garden route” - touring all around their own gardens! But for both groups bass fishing is sure to feature, and because bass now occur in just about the entire country, it is not that difficult to locate a suitable venue, if not for a long weekend or longer, then certainly for a day out on or next to the water.
