Tư duy đúng hướng về đầu tư công

 Áp lực tỷ giá nhìn từ cán cân thanh toán

Việc cán cân vãng lai thặng dư cao hơn nhiều so với mức thâm hụt ở cán cân tài chính, Việt Nam ghi nhận cán cân thanh toán tổng thể thặng dư ở mức hơn 5,6 tỉ đô la trong năm 2023, tương đương với 1,31% GDP năm 2023. Nếu so với mức thâm hụt hơn 22,7 tỉ đô la trong năm 2022, chiếm 5,6% GDP năm 2022, kết quả của năm 2023 là một thành tựu đáng ghi nhận.

Ước tính lượng vàng trong nền kinh tế

Ước tính vào cuối năm 2023, có khoảng 2.000 tấn vàng trong nền kinh tế Việt Nam. Con số này cao hơn nhiều so với mức thường xuyên được sử dụng trong các cuộc trao đổi. Tuy nhiên, so sánh (lượng vàng bình quân đầu người và tỷ phần so với GDP) với các nền kinh tế trong khu vực có những đặc điểm tương tự; và giá trị thị trường của các loại tài sản tài chính và bất động sản trong nước thì không có những dấu hiệu bất thường về vàng ở Việt Nam.

Kinh tế quí 1-2024 – Sự phục hồi khó khăn

Quí 1-2023 là giai đoạn nền kinh tế khá ảm đạm, các chỉ số sản xuất, tiêu dùng, xuất nhập khẩu suy giảm trong khi môi trường lãi suất ở mức cao. Chính vì vậy, mặc dù kết quả tăng trưởng quí 1-2024 khá tốt nếu so với cùng kỳ, nhưng nếu xem xét xu hướng trong vài quí gần đây thì nền kinh tế vẫn đang phục hồi chậm từ nền thấp của năm 2023 và chưa có sự bứt phá mạnh mẽ.

Nhà nước có cần giải cứu các dự án BOT giao thông thua lỗ?

Bộ Giao thông Vận tải trình Chính phủ giải pháp xử lý khó khăn, vướng mắc tại tám dự án BOT giao thông bằng sử dụng khoản chi ngân sách nhà nước 10.650 tỉ đồng. Hình thức giải cứu bao gồm chia sẻ việc thiếu hụt doanh thu so với phương án tài chính của nhà đầu tư cũng như chấm dứt hợp đồng và mua lại dự án. Liệu rằng các giải pháp này từ phía Nhà nước có hợp lý, khả thi và phù hợp với quy định pháp luật?

Không để người tiêu dùng “bút sa gà chết”

Luật Bảo vệ quyền lợi người tiêu dùng 2023, có hiệu lực từ ngày 1-7-2024, mặc dù đã có các quy định về hợp đồng theo mẫu, điều kiện giao dịch chung nhưng vấn đề bất bình đẳng, nhất là liên quan đến điều khoản hợp đồng vẫn chưa được quy định cụ thể. Ngoài ra, quyền lợi của người tiêu dùng dịch vụ tài chính vẫn chưa có các quy định riêng dù mức độ phức tạp cũng như ảnh hưởng về mặt kinh tế –  xã hội của nó là rất lớn.

Vàng, chứng khoán và nỗi thấp thỏm của nhà đầu tư

Nhà đầu tư nên rót tiền vào danh mục mà họ am hiểu nhất. Nếu không hiểu về cách thức hoạt động thực của thị trường chứng khoán, không đọc được thông tin tương đối chuẩn xác về tình hình sức khỏe của doanh nghiệp thì không nên đầu tư chứng khoán.

Chiến lược nguồn nhân lực cho ngành bán dẫn

Trong cách tiếp cận về xây dựng nhân lực bán dẫn, nhất thiết phải có chính sách thu hút các kỹ sư người Việt ở nước ngoài về khởi nghiệp hoặc đầu tư kinh doanh. Đây là mỏ vàng nhân lực mà không có cơ sở đào tạo trong nước nào có thể tạo ra được.

Góc nhìn đa chiều về năng suất lao động

Xuất phát điểm và đặc thù của mỗi nền kinh tế khác nhau thì tăng trưởng GDP của từng nước cũng khác nhau về nguyên nhân. Xác định được đâu là động lực chính cũng như rào cản sẽ giúp cho mỗi nước có một chiến lược phát triển riêng phù hợp với hoàn cảnh và điều kiện của mình, cũng như thích ứng với xu hướng phát triển của thế giới.

Thách thức thương mại hàng hóa 2024

Năm 2023, tổng kim ngạch xuất, nhập khẩu hàng hóa của Việt Nam ước đạt 683 tỉ đô la Mỹ, giảm 6,6% so với năm 2022. Trong đó, kim ngạch xuất khẩu hàng hóa đạt hơn 355 tỉ đô la Mỹ, giảm 4,4%.  Triển vọng kinh tế toàn cầu và Việt Nam năm 2024
Các giao lưu kinh tế, tài chính bị chia cắt đã làm giảm hiệu năng của nền kinh tế, tăng phí tổn kinh doanh. Nhìn chung, tăng trưởng kinh tế chậm lại và áp lực lên lạm phát. IMF đã ước tính nền kinh tế toàn cầu sẽ bị giảm 7% trong thời gian sắp tới. Việc mạnh dạn thanh lý toàn bộ các món nợ xấu và các doanh nghiệp đã phá sản sẽ gây cú sốc làm kinh tế chậm lại hoặc suy thoái. Hệ lụy đánh quả hay tình trạng tranh thủ thời vụ là thực trạng nghĩ ngắn và đánh ngắn làm cho thị trường khó lớn lên, khó vượt ngưỡng cận biên, và thường tạo ra các biến động giật cục. Cùng với các luật và lệ kém tương thích, các biểu hiện đánh quả “chưa đi đã chạy” này không là cách giúp hoạt động đầu tư và thị trường phát triển căn cơ.

Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP đã thiết lập một hành lang pháp lý về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân tại Việt Nam. Xu hướng nợ xấu tăng nhanh trở lại là điều đã được dự báo suốt thời gian qua, trong bối cảnh nền kinh tế tăng trưởng chậm lại, hoạt động doanh nghiệp gặp nhiều khó khăn, thu nhập người lao động bị ảnh hưởng, kéo theo khả năng trả nợ suy giảm, cộng thêm các thị trường tài sản lao dốc, rơi vào thời kỳ trầm lắng.
