ಜೂನ್‌ 21, 2023 ರಂದು ನಾವು ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯೋಗ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವ ಕಾರಣ, ಜೂನ್‌ ಮಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತಾಗಿಯೆ ಇದೆ. ಯೋಗವಿರುವುದು ಸರ್ವರಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ – ಆಬಾಲವೃದ್ಧರಾದಿಯಾಗಿ, ದೃಢ-ಕೃಶ, ಬಡವ-ಬಲ್ಲಿದ, ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಗಳ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾದುದು. ಉಸಿರಾಟ, ಚಲನೆ, ಧ್ಯಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವಿಷಯಗಳಾದ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಬರೆಯುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಲೇಖಕರು ಹಾಗು ಕಲಾವಿದರು ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಲಭಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಣ್ಣ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇಟ್ಟರೂ ಸಹ ಹೇಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಬಹುದೆಂದು ಅವರು ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
