The Blue Hill select board will hold a public hearing August 29 to discuss approval of a funding plan for improvement of its wastewater treatment facility. The INH board says it won’t sell its bed rights if the island and peninsula towns come up with money, housing and help finding staff. And the Blue Hill Fair returns for its 131st year September 1 through 5!
