She fronted the 2019 Spring campaign for Khloe Kardashians' denim label, Good American.

In January 2017 Ellie was cast as WWE Diva 'Madison' in 'Fighting With My Family' produced by Seven Bucks Productions, written and directed by Stephen Merchant and staring Dwayne Johnson, Lena Headey, Vince Vaughn, Florence Pugh and Nick Frost.

Ellie was an Executive Producer on the dark comedy 'Zebra' directed by Peter Spann.

Ellie is a global ambassador for the Steve Irwin Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors charity alongside Bindi Irwin, Olivia Newton-John and Justin Timberlake. Ellie has used her voice to raise awareness for Wildlife Warriors and was just recently awarded and recognized for the last 8 years she has dedicated towards the charity.
