為提供最新消防政策及消防新知，增進各地消防學術交流，內政部消防署每月均定期發行消防月刊供各界參閱。

消防及防災任務日益繁重，如何運用民間力量協助政府從事救災工作為當前重要課題。政府自97年至104年，投入大量經費極強化民間處理重大災害搶救能力，陸續充實其裝備器材，每年亦舉辦評鑑工作，以表揚績優團體健全組織運作。本期消防月刊專題報導為「104年全國災害防救團體、婦女防火宣導隊及鳳凰志工隊評鑑表揚」。內容除了隆重的頒獎典禮情況，還有活動當天的餘興表演，以及災害防救團體、婦女防火宣導隊及鳳凰志工隊平時的訓練制度及成效。

In this issue

In order to enhance the disaster situation report of every level of Emergency and Rescue Command Center(Command Center below) and upgrade the disaster response ability of duty personnel, on November 16 the National Fire Agency held the 2016 National Fire Department Emergency and Rescue Command Center Managers’ Meeting and Duty Seminar at Taoyuan City Fire Department. Participants included fire departments from all cities and counties, managers of command centers of the NFA’s various harbor fire brigades, duty officers, and operational units of the NFA. The meeting was chaired by NFS deputy director general Hsieh Jinghsu. For the first time, this meeting was fully digitized from the application stage and information processing and sharing was paperless, making use of Google and LINE group cloud technology to successfully conduct the meeting.
