日韓甫達成慰安婦賠償與道歉協議，然而二戰結束已七十年，諸國對日本的侵略史實仍有許多分歧觀點，更多的是殘留在各地的傷痕與遺跡。去年多場戰爭主題的展覽與電影，或許也是日本現代社會危機所引發的反應。從藤田嗣治的戰爭畫創作，到近代電影和通俗劇對戰爭的描寫，本期專題將呈現更深刻的戰後探討。
同時，大選逼近，始終處於弱勢的文化政策，正因為過去四年的施政成果並不理想，今年依舊要繼續大聲爭取！典藏今藝術與「群氓之聲」、「大內藝術節」合作以大型看板向政府提問「我們有博士級的政經訴求，卻只有＿＿＿級的藝文想像」希望喚起關注。同時臺灣文化政策研究學會將於1月9日進行論壇與直播，以此繼續為文化政策發聲！
