另外以產業觀點來看，北京、上海、香港和新加坡的「亞洲文化自由貿易陣線」蓄勢待發，在多方角力之下，台灣的立場和發展策略又將何去何從？本月第二專題「藝術特區與自由港」，將深入討論這個新一波的亞洲戰場！
