สวัสดีค่ะ
 รักลูกฉบับนี้ขอต้อนรับคุณผู้อ่านด้วยความน่ารักสดใสจ้ำาม่ำาของนางแบบตัวน้อย “น้อเบลล์” กับเซ็ตแฟชั่น “The New Beginning” ในเดือนแห่งการก้าวสู่ปีใหม่พร้อมกับเรื่องราวน่ารู้ ที่เป็นประโยชน์สำาหรับทุกครอบครัวเช่นเคยนะคะ 
 “ปีใหม่” ช่วงเวลานี้มักถือเป็นการเริ่มต้นสิ่งใหม่และเรื่องราวใหม่ๆ ของหลายสิ่งหลายอย่าง... รักลูก ก็ถือเอาฤกษ์เอาชัยขึ้นปีใหม่ด้วยการมีอะไรใหม่ๆ มามอบให้คุณผู้อ่านด้วยเช่นกันค่ะ 
 อย่างแรกคือ “นิตยสารรักลูก” จะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนจากนิตยสารรายเดือน เปลี่ยนเป็น “รักลูกบุ๊กกาซีน” (รักลูก Bookazine) สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ที่นำาเสนอความรู้ที่จำาเป็นสำาหรับแม่ตั้งครรภ์ และครอบครัวที่มีลูกในวัย 0-3 ปี พร้อมปรับรูปแบบการเข้าถึงจากเดิมที่ผ่านการจัดจำาหน่าย โดยการวางแผงและระบบสมาชิก เปลี่ยนเป็นการเข้าถึงพื้นที่ที่จะพบเห็นได้สะดวกมากขึ้น ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลรัฐและเอกชน ครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ นอกจากนี้ คุณผู้อ่านยังจะสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและบริการต่างๆ ของเราได้อีกมากมาย ภายใต้แนวคิด “รักลูก Anywhere” บริการใหม่ ได้แก่

 • รักลูกแชนแนล (รักลูก Channel) ช่องทางการนำาเสนอเนื้อหาในรูปแบบ VDO Content อีกหนึ่งช่องทางการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล และข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ ทั้งหมดนี้ก็เพื่อตอบสนองไลฟ์สไตล์ของคุณพ่อคุณแม่ยุคใหม่ที่มีความหลากหลายในการ เข้าถึงข้อมูล เพื่อให้สะดวก ตรงใจและมีความพึงพอใจสูงสุดค่ะ หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า “รักลูก” จะได้มอบสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้กับคุณผู้อ่านทุกท่านเช่นเคยนะคะ

ห้วงเวลาแห่งการสูญเสียของพสกนิกรชาวไทยตลอดระยะเวลากว่าหนึ่งเดือนที่ผ่านมา หลายคนร่วมกันเผยแพร่พระราชกรณียกิจ พระจริยวัตร พระราชดำริ และอีกหลายประการที่แสดงให้เห็นพระอัจฉริยภาพและน้ำพระราชหฤทัยอันยิ่งใหญ่แห่งพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช หรือในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 ของเราชาวไทย ที่ทรงเป็น
พระมหากษัตริย์ที่สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุดในโลกพระองค์หนึ่ง หากมองย้อนไปเมื่อพระองค์ท่านทรงพระเยาว์ การมีพระมารดาที่เพียบพร้อมด้วยคุณสมบัติของ “แม่” เป็นต้นแบบที่ทรงอิทธิพลที่สำคัญต่อการปลูกฝังหลักคิด คุณธรรม จริยธรรม หล่อหลอมจนเป็นในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 ที่เคารพเทิดทูน และรักยิ่งของพสกนิกรก็นับเป็นแรงบันดาลใจอย่างยิ่งต่อผู้เป็นพ่อแม่ในการน้อมนำพระราชดำริและวิธีการที่สมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี หรือสมเด็จย่า ทรงใช้ดำเนินชีวิตและเลี้ยงดูพระราชโอรส พระราชธิดาของพระองค์ จึงเป็นที่มาของนิตยสารักลูก ฉบับพิเศษ ประจำเดือนธันวาคม 2559 นี้ เราทุกคนในฐานะพสกนิกรของพระองค์ท่านขอแสดงความอาลัยถวายพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช (ร.9) ด้วยการรวบรวมแนวคิดและวิธีการอภิบาลพระราชโอรสพระราชธิดาของสมเด็จย่า ที่มีทั้งความปราดเปรื่อง หลักแหลม และมีเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนโดยมีในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 เป็นพระราชโอรสที่ทรงเป็นแรงบันดาลใจอย่างยิ่งแก่พสกนิกร.....
ทุกคน โดยเฉพาะคนเป็น “แม่” ดิฉันเชื่อว่าใครๆ ก็อยากที่จะดำเนินชีวิตในบทบาท “แม่” และเลี้ยงลูกให้เติบโตเป็นคนดี แม้เพียงเศษเสี้ยวละอองธุลีพระบาทก็นับเป็นความปรารถนาของแม่ทุกคนแล้ว
 สำหรับนิตยสารรักลูก ฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นด้วยความทุ่มเท ตั้งใจอย่างเต็มที่ของทีมงานทุกคน

 ในห้วงเวลาที่คนไทยทั้งประเทศต่างโศกเศร้าอาดูรจากการเสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัยของ

สยามินทราธิราช บรมนาถบพิตร ด้วยสำนึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันล้นพ้นตลอด
พระชนม์ชีพของพระองค์ที่ทุ่มเทพระวรกายเพื่อพสกนิกรชาวไทย ดิฉันเชื่อเหลือเกินว่า
ประชาชนคนไทยทุกคนจะน้อมนำพระราชดำริของพระองค์ท่านมาปฏิบัติให้บังเกิด
ผลดีแก่ชีวิตตัวเราเองและช่วยกันดูแลสังคมไทยบ้านของเรา เพราะนั้นคือสิ่งที่ ‘พ่อหลวง’
ของชาวไทยต้องการมากที่สุด
 ในฐานะที่ผู้อ่านทุกท่านเป็น ‘แม่’ หน้าที่ของการสร้างคนหนึ่งคนใหเป็นคนดี ประสบ
ความสำเร็จและดำเนินชีวิตด้วยการไม่เบียดเบียน เอื้อเฟื้อสร้างประโยชน์ต่อส่วนรวม
ก็ถือเป็นหนึ่งในการทำสิ่งดีๆ ถวายแด่ ‘พ่อหลวง’ เช่นกันนะคะ แม้ในบางห้วงบางเวลา
อาจเหนื่อยหนักล้าหนัก เพราะบทบาทนี้ไม่ได้มีแค่ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง แต่หมายถึงระยะ
เวลายาวนานไปจวบจนชีวิตคุณหรือลูกเลยทีเดียว แต่เมื่อไรที่อ่อนล้าขอใหคิดไว้เสมอว่า
‘พ่อหลวง’ ของเรา พระองค์เหนื่อยหนักกว่าเราหลายร้อยพันทวีนักในการดูแลพสกนิกร
ชาวไทยลูกๆ ของพระองค์ทุกคน ให้คิดเสมอว่าเรากำลังช่วยกันสร้าง ‘คนหนึ่งคน’
เพื่อเติบโตขึ้นทำประโยชน์ตอบแทนแก่แผ่นดินไทย แบบที่ ‘พ่อหลวง’ ได้ทรงเป็น
แบบอย่างของการทุ่มเททำหน้าที่อย่างดีที่สุดจนเป็นที่ประจักษชัดจวบจนแม้จะสวรรคต
ไปแล้ว ก็มิอาจลืมเลือนไปจากหัวใจคนไทยทุกคนได้

 แม้ในความอาลัยเศร้าโศกที่ดำเนินอยู่ในทุกวินาทีนี้ เราต่างยังคงต้องทำหน้าที่ของเรา
ให้ดีที่สุด ยึดมั่นในความดี ตามรอยพระยุคลบาทของพระองค์ท่าน เพื่อถวายเป็นพระราช
กุศลแด่ ‘พ่อหลวง’ ของเรานะคะ

 นิตยสาร ‘รักลูก’ ฉบับนี้มีเรื่องเด็นประจำฉบับคอลัมน์ Feature ‘ยับยั้ง+ชั่งใจ’
มาฝากทุกครอบครัวค่ะ เพราะเป็นประเด็นสำคัญมากสำหรับการเลี้ยงลูกในเจเนอเรชั่นนี้
ปลายทางปัญหาที่เรามักเห็นปรากฏการณ์ของผู้ใหญ่หลายตต่อหลายคนหรือหลายต่อ
หลายข่าวตามหน้า 1 หนังสือพิมพพ์หรือฟีดข่าวประเด็นร้อนในโซเชียลมีเดียก็ล้วนแล้วแต่
มาจากการเติบโตมาด้วยเพราะขาดการฝึกทักษะเรื่องนี้ อาทิ ข่าวเด็กวัยรุ่นที่ใช้ความ
ก้าวร้าวรุนแรงในการแก้ปัญหา ข่าวการแย้งชิงให้ได้มาในเรื่องต่างๆ อย่างขาดจริยธรรม
ข่าวเด็กชายทำร้ายเด็กหญิง ข่าวเด็กหญิงทำร้ายกันเอง ความอดทนตํ่า ฯลฯ
 การยับยั้ง+ชั่งใจ เป็นทักษะที่ต้องฝึกฝนดด้วยความถี่และให้เกิดความเคยชิน เป็นสิ่งที่
พ่อแม่ปั้นได้สร้างได้ และถ้าขาดหรือพร่องไป จะส่งผลรุนแรงต่อตัวลูกได้ในภายภาคหน้า
อย่างที่ตัวเราเองก็อาจนึกไม่ถึง กระทบทั้งกับการอยู่ร่วมกับคนอื่น
 เราเริ่มได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้นะค่ะ ช่วยกันทำให้เด็กของเรา เด็กของโลก เติบโตขึ้นอย่างมี
ความหวังในสังคมยุคใหม่ นี่นับเป็นการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันที่แข็งแก่รงที่สุดให้ลูกของเรา
เพื่อเติบโตขึ้นอย่างมีคุณภาพและใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างมีความสุขแม้โลกจะซับซ้อนและยุ่งยาก
เพียงใดก็ตาม
 แล้วพบกันใหม่ฉบับหน้า

 ระหวางเขียนบทบรรณาธิการนี้ กระแสโปเกมอนกำลังมาแรงแซงทุกฟดบนโลกโซเชียล และทุกขาวบนทุกสื่อ เชื่อวาคุณแมหลายทานก็แอบโหลดแอบตามหาเก็บแตมโปเกมอน กันสนุกสนาน ถาเลนเพื่อเอามันเอาฮาสนุกๆ ก็ไมมีตองคิดมากอะไร แตหลายกระแสก็โจมตี เกมโปเกมอนกันในหลายแงหลายมุม
จะวาไปโปเกมอนก็เปนเกมที่ทำมาเพื่อตอบโจทยธุรกิจ ออกแบบมาใหตรงกับไลฟสไตล
และตอบสนองความทาทายและการแขงขันในจิตใตสำนึกของคนเราเลยยอดฮิตติดลมบน กันไป แตในมุมมองของคนเปนแม หรือคนทำงานเรื่องเด็กและครอบครัว ดิฉันคิดวาเรา มองเห็นสิ่งเดียวกัน นั่นก็คือ ถาลูกเราเปนหนึ่งในเด็กที่เลนสนุกจนติด หรือเกิดอันตราย ที่ไมคาดคิดจากการหลุดเขาไปอยูในเกมจนขาดสมาธิที่จะดำเนินกิจวัตรประจำวันตามปกติ ไดมันจะเปนเชนไร?!?
 พรอมกันนี้ในฉบับเดือนกันยายนชวนทุกครอบครัวมาอานและบอกตอเพื่อนคุณแม ดวยกันกับเรื่องเดนในฟเจอร “โรคอันตรายที่พอแมมองขาม” นำเสนอโรคที่เกิดจาก ความละเลยหรือพอแมคิดวาไมนาจะสงผลใหเกิดโรคได ไมแนวาโปเกมอนก็เปนหนึ่งใน สิ่งที่นึกไมถึงดวยรึเปลา ตองติดตามกันนะคะ

สวัสดีเดือนแหงวันแมคะ
 วันพิเศษในเดือนพิเศษนี้ คงมีความหมายที่ซาบซึ้งสำหรับคนเปนแม
ทุกคน จะวาไปจริงๆ แลววันของแมเกิดขึ้นทุกวัน ทุกเวลา เริ่มตั้งแตที่เจาตัวเล็ก
มารวมเปนสวนหนึ่งของสายโลหิตในวินาทีนั้นแล้ว

The Diary of My Life 

 ย้อนกลับไปเมื่อวัยเด็ก มีใครได้เขียนบันทึกบ้างคะ ? 
ดิฉันเป็นหนึ่งในนั้นค่ะ แต่มาเริ่มเขียนเอาเมื่อล่วงเข้าวัยมัธยมแล้ว จำความรู้สึกได้ดีว่าที่เขียนเพราะเป็นการบ้านหนึ่งในวิชาเรียนภาษาไทย มิได้ เกิดจากความตั้งใจอย่างใด แถมพอเขียนก็เขียนไม่ค่อยออก ไม่รู้จะเขียนจะ เล่าอะไร ด้วยความที่เป็นการบ้าน ยังไงก็ต้องส่งนะคะ กัดฟันเขียนเล่าเรื่อง ราวเรื่อยเปื่อยไป อยากเขียนอะไรก็เขียน เขียนไปเขียนมา เขียนทุกวันก็เริ่ม รู้สึกดี สนุกมากขึ้น ยิ่งเวลาเขียนแล้วกลับมาอ่าน หลายเรื่องทำให้นึกตลก ตัวเองว่าทำไมเราถึงคิดและรู้สึกแบบนั้น
 ในวันนี้รู้สึกขอบคุณวิชาภาษาไทยในวันนั้นขึ้นมาทันควัน การได้เขียน บันทึกในทุกๆ วัน ทำให้ชีวิตได้เรียนรู้หลายอย่างโดยที่ไม่รู้ตัว ไม่ว่าจะเป็น เรื่องภาษา ความคิดที่เราจะต้องทบทวนตัวเองในแต่ละวัน ความรู้สึกที่มีต่อ เหตุการณ์หรือคนที่เราพบเจอ และที่สำคัญการเขียนเป็นการจดบันทึกความ ทรงจำที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรไว้ได้อย่างชัดเจน และที่สำคัญมันได้กลายมา เป็นอาชีพที่รักในวันนี้ด้วย 
ทุกวันนี้โลกเรามีเครื่องมือช่วยเขียนบันทึกมากมาย ลองใช้เวลาวันละ นิดเขียนบันทึก เรื่องอะไรก็ได้นะคะที่คุณอยากเล่า อยากบอกกับตัวเอง หรือ เขียนไว้ให้ลูกอ่านก็ได้ ทุกความคิดในแต่ละขณะของเรามีคุณค่า ยิ่งเวลาที่ เราคิดอะไรได้ดีๆ เราไม่ควรทิ้งมันไป เพราะมันจะกลายเป็นบทเรียน เป็น ความทรงจำที่มีคุณค่าเมื่อเวลาผ่านไป
นอกจากนั้นบันทึกยังมีประโยชน์ที่หลายคนนึกไม่ถึงนั่นก็คือ เขียน บันทึกสร้าง EF หรือทักษะสมองที่ดี พบกับบทสัมภาษณ์ครอบครัวน้องเรไร ผู้เขียนหนังสือเรไรรายวัน อาจารย์มกุฏ อรดี และดร. ปนัดดา ธนเศรษฐกร พลิกไปอ่านในคอลัมน์ Feature และติดตามบทสัมภาษณ์สุด exclusive ของคุณแม่มือใหม่ นาตาลี เกลโบวา Miss Universe 2005 ได้ในคอลัมน์ Interview นะคะ 
เชื่อว่าจะมีหลายๆ คนได้แรงบันดาลใจ ชวนลูกๆ เริ่มเขียนบันทึกเก็บไว้ เป็นความสุข ความทรงจำส่วนตัวกันนะคะ

Food = Effect of Love
 เวลาทำอาหารเอง เคยลองถามตัวเองไหมคะว่า อาหารของเราพิเศษ
อย่างไร
 ดิฉันพบคำตอบว่า “อาหารที่เราลงมือทำเอง มีความรักเป็นส่วนผสม
หลักค่ะ”
 รัก ที่จะเลือกสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้กับตัวเองและครอบครัว
 รัก ที่จะลงมือปรุงอย่างดี เพื่อให้รสชาติออกมาได้ดั่งใจที่สุด แม้จะดู
ธรรมดาในสายตาของใครๆ
 รัก ที่จะอยากให้คนกิน กินแล้วมีสุขภาพดี แข็งแรงปลอดภัยจากโรค
 รัก ที่จะได้นั่งกินพร้อมหน้าพร้อมตากันด้วยรอยยิ้มของความสุข
 แค่นี้อาหารธรรมดาๆ ก็กลายเป็นอาหารจานพิเศษขึ้นมาได้ด้วยคุณค่า
ของความรัก
 สิ่งที่ดิฉันจะบอกคือ อาหารที่มีคุณค่าของความรัก 1 จาน ไม่จำเป็นต้อง
ใช้วัตถุดิบแสนแพง ไม่ต้องอร่อยมากระดับห้าดาว แต่ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
พิถีพิถันในทุกขั้นตอน เพื่อให้อาหารออกมาดีที่สุดในแบบที่เราทำ ก็ทำให้มื้อ
หนึ่งๆ ของเราและลูกผ่านไปด้วยความสุขและอิ่มอร่อยได้
 ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องอาหาร แต่กับทุกๆ เรื่องในชีวิตของเราก็เช่นกันค่ะ เมื่อได้
ใส่ความรักให้กับสิ่งใดแล้ว ความรักจะทำหน้าที่ของมัน ในการดูแล ใส่ใจ
พิถีพิถัน เพื่อให้เราได้ผลลัพธ์เป็นสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดเสมอ
 แล้วคุณจะพบความพิเศษและแตกต่างที่เกิดจากความรักในแบบของ
คุณค่ะ
 ยังมี Effect อื่นๆ ที่เป็นผลพวงมาจากอาหาร ติดตามได้ในคอลัมน์

Super Baby is not easy (แต่พ่อแม่สร้างได้)
 หลายครั้งเราพบว่า... บรรดาคนเก่งที่มีความสามารถทั้งหลาย ไม่ได้มาจาก
พรสวรรค์ แต่มาจากการเรียนรู้ฝึกฝนอย่างหนักและต่อเนื่อง
 หลายครั้งเราพบว่า... คนเรียนเก่งไม่ได้แปลว่าประสบความสำเร็จ และคน
ประสบความสำเร็จไม่ได้แปลว่าเรียนเก่ง
 หลายครั้งเราพบว่า... คนที่ประสบความสำ เร็จในชีวิตนั้น เติบโตมาด้วยการ
เลี้ยงดูแบบธรรมดาของพ่อแม่โดยไม่ได้พึ่งเทคโนโลยี หรือเรียนอะไรมากมาย
 สิ่งที่ดิฉันกำลังจะบอกคือ ไม่มีสูตรสำเร็จในการสร้าง Super Baby หรือ
เด็กที่ประสบความสำเร็จในชีวิต
 เพราะแต่ละครอบครัวมีวิถีและสไตล์ในการเลี้ยงลูกที่แตกต่างกัน แต่หัวใจ
สำคัญที่จะสร้างลูกของเราให้เป็น Super Baby ก็คือ การให้ความสำคัญกับ
“การฟัง การพูด การทำ” กับลูก
 ฟัง อย่างตั้งใจในสิ่งที่ลูกบอก ไม่ใช่ได้ยินแต่สิ่งที่เราต้องการให้ลูกเป็น
 พูด ในสิ่งที่เป็นพลังด้านบวก กระตุ้นให้เกิดการคิด จินตนาการ และหมั่น
ตั้งคำถามกับลูกเพื่อให้ลูกรู้จักตัวเอง
 ทำ ในสิ่งที่จะต่อยอดให้ลูกได้เกิดการเรียนรู้ ให้ลูกได้ทดลอง ได้ทำ สิ่งต่างๆ
ด้วยตัวเอง และกระตุ้นให้ลูกได้ทำในสิ่งที่เขาอยากทำจนสำเร็จ
 ฟังแล้วเหมือนง่าย แต่ทำยากค่ะ เพราะเอาเข้าจริงรายละเอียดเหล่านี้
พ่อแม่มักมองข้ามไป
 ดิฉันเชื่อเสมอว่า พ่อแม่คือครู คือเพื่อน คือของเล่น ที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับลูก ถ้า
อยากได้ซูเปอร์เบบี้ ก็ไม่ต้องไปหวังพึ่งอื่นใดไกลตัวค่ะ สองมือสองใจของ
พ่อแม่นี่ละ สร้างลูกให้ดี ให้ประสบความสำเร็จได้ เชื่อสิ!
