On its 31st anniversary, MEGA is celebrating icons in the realm of fashion and beauty—from self-made paragons to contemporary standouts, we leave no stories untold. 

In Fashion, we put the spotlight on artist/designer Gabbie Sarenas’ magnificent and heartfelt ode to herself. We also feature ascending designer Rich Fortu and trendsetters Angelique Manto and David Guison. 

This month of love, we explore the unscrutinized facets of romance in Features. Meanwhile, in Beauty, we introduce a new section, Homegrown Heroes, and delve into the beauty of taking breaks and dreaming big with #ElisseJoson.

Lastly, gracing our cover is Heart Evangelista who dares to share her musings about modern love, independence, and her many creative pursuits as a global fashion darling. She also gives us a glimpse of her new Paris home. 


MEGA’s April issue goes back to the person who deserves all credit for striving, loving, forgiving, dreaming, and pushing through amidst life’s hurdles: You. This March, MEGA disposes traditional society’s notion of feminine power. Portraying the impact of sisterhood and unity among women are our cover girls, beauty queens Michelle Marquez Dee and Anntonia Porsild, both of whom joined pageantry to have a platform to voice out their advocacies. Through their stories, we are made more aware of how women can contribute to alleviating some of the world’s biggest issues—it can even form stronger friendships among countries.
