Existe un lugar remoto al sur de Asia que está bordeado por la colosal cordillera del Himalaya al norte e India en el sur. Es un territorio rebosante de cultura, biodiversidad, vida, espiritualidad, y sobre todo, felicidad. Es el Reino de Bután. / There is a faraway place to the south of Asia that is bordered by the colossal Himalayan Range to the north and India to the south. It is a territory brimming with culture, biodiversity, life, spirituality and above all, happiness. It is the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Nevertheless, Manila would be a sister city with a comparable ancestry; a city that shares traits and an identity not only with our own, but with nearly all of Latin America.
