Our latest issue is out now, and this month was quite extreme as we discovered that the twin-turbocharged V8 of the Land Rover Defender Octa Edition One, which makes the Defender the most powerful to date, is quite potent on and off the road. No wonder it slaps a grin on your face.
Next up was the new BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé, which packs a youthful appeal in its all-new avatar. However, it was quite interesting to drive a BMW sedan with a three-cylinder engine.
We also drove the MG M9, which has a short name, but this electric MPV packs in a lot of luxury features and is highly comfortable, as proven by its rear seats.
We also celebrated 10 years of the Hyundai Creta in style, rode the Ola Roadster X+, and we have quite a few things to say about it. And how can we forget the Vida VX2, which surprised us with its price. But the biggest shocker was the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z, which now comes with a bi-directional quick-shifter – who would have thought!
And since it's monsoon season, we went off-roading on the Triumph Scrambler 400 XC, which now features tubeless spoke wheels. We also had a go at the Brixton 500 XC and the updated Royal Enfield Hunter 350.
All in all, we witnessed a range of extremes in this issue, from the most powerful Defender to one of the most affordable electric scooters on the market, and everything in between.
