While I am busy with the cover shoot and every minute detailing of the March issue, I am equally excited about the festival of colours- Holi. I somehow relate with the warmth of this festival and the pop of colours rejuvenate me. If you also relate to the fact that bright colours always make you smile, I guess you will relate to my enthusiasm. Amidst all this, the global concern regarding COVID19 has also raised eyebrows and I guess it’s high time we need to watch our activities, be safe and follow the guidelines and instructions issued in public interest by the authorities. Dear Readers,

Those who are following me on Instagram, they know my love for Bollywood films and songs. The new favourite in my list is the flavour of South Indian films and the credit goes to our cover of the month Varun Tej Konidela, who gave me an insight into the nuances that they follow while shooting a film and I guess to a large extent it’s the same mechanism that Bollywood follows. I think the most important thing about both the industry is the passion with which people work and it reflects in Varun’s work as well, who is definitely ‘The Charismatic Charmer of 2020’. This entire episode reminded me of going back to the days when I used to watch films on a DVD player and used to listen to songs via tape recorder. While we all have become tech-savvy these days, I think those memories still make us happy and brings us more close to the subject. I will be the happiest to go back in time, when everything was not so mechanical whether its lifestyle or for that matter love. The year is ending and we all are busy recollecting the memories of 2019. But for me it is important to be in the moment, because I feel the best way to live your life is to live in the moment. I am a firm believer of energies and wherever I get the positive ones, I push myself in the same direction. This time, the energy came from the powerhouse of talent-Aditya Dhar, the director of Uri: The Surgical Strike. As soon as I met him for the cover shoot of the month, I felt frozen in the moment and that was amazing. During the shoot, while understanding his vision about the film industry and listening his journey, I realised that it’s his hard work that makes him stand where he is today. It is important to understand the purpose of life and act accordingly. Wandering clueless is good, but not always. So, as we all step into another year of opportunities, I wish that everyone finds their way of existence and make it a worthwhile journey! I am suffocating and the credit goes to the polluted air of the city. While we all suffocate, are we really making an effort in bringing good to the environment? It’s time to think, re-think and act. I guess the previous line itself says a lot about the level of work I am juggling with, but yes, it feels good to see the thing shaping up as dreamt.
